How Linda Draws Spirit Portraits

Drawing without Seeing

Linda is rarely clairvoyant, so she usually doesn’t see the people she draws. She channels Spirit through her body as a physical medium. The sitter’s spirit guides and/or Linda’s spirit guides draw the illustration using her hand and pencil . Each illustration or spirit portrait is unique.

Who and Why

It may be a known sister or grandparent or an unknown great grandparent or perhaps an old high school friend, teacher or neighbor. Usually the message states why it is important that this particular person wants to speak with the sitter.

Strange Things

Occasionally, strange things happen as Spirit is always encouraging Linda to grow. Sometimes more than one person comes through in the same illustration (see the Mother and Father to the right).

Sometimes a certain uniform (for instance, military) or hat will be drawn to indicate a career or job.

Symbols

Sometimes symbols are used. There may be hints of disease (for example, no hair on the head is a symbol of chemotherapy for cancer) to show how a person died.

Once someone gave a symbol of fire as he was proud of the grill he had made, and the week-ends cooking and entertaining his family.

Living People

Although most people have passed, on two occasions, people who had not passed came through. Once it was a husband who lived on the opposite coast. The sitter said her husband always took the chance to come through to readers to say, “Hi” to her.

Another time, it was the sitter’s twin brother! I could sense him standing over his brother’s left shoulder watching me draw, yet he had not passed either!

Trance Channeling

It’s best to do readings on Zoom or in person as Linda is a trance channel. Sometimes Spirit will sew, hammer, show off an 1800s dress, etc. as the spirit uses Linda’s body to sew, hammer or swish a long skirt.

This is part of the evidence that Linda sometimes brings through, although this type of channeling does not usually happen.

What You Can Expect

Expect the unexpected as there are no guarantees. You may want your mother, but someone else comes through with a message you need to hear. You may not recognize the person at first, but later realize it was a student who died young, and who wanted to tell you how much you meant in his short life. The strongest spirit connection is usually who come through to communicate.
